📦 Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once processed, orders are forwarded to the shipping carrier for fulfillment.


Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, and external factors outside of operational control.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via international logistics partners (e.g., AliExpress Standard Shipping or equivalent), depending on availability and destination.


Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to become visible in the carrier’s system.


Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • customs inspections or clearance procedures
  • transportation disruptions
  • peak periods or high order volumes

Such delays are outside of direct control and may extend delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses cannot be guaranteed for recovery or replacement.


Lost Shipments

If an order has not been delivered within 30 business days, it may be considered lost. In such cases, a resolution will be offered following review.
